含氟牙膏錠 - 薄荷

Wasn't sure about the texture at first but they foam up nicely once you chew and brush. The mint flavor is crisp without being overpowering, and I like that they still have fluoride in them.

Swapped my tube for these mostly to cut plastic waste, and the mint flavor is pleasantly mild instead of that burning toothpaste sting. Each tablet dissolves fast with a couple chews and my teeth feel genuinely clean after.

Three weeks in and my bathroom counter already looks cleaner without the tube clutter. Each tablet dissolves fast if you chew it a bit first, and the mint is strong without being mouthwash-harsh. Zero plastic waste was the goal, but the clean feeling is what keeps me reaching for them.
