Finally got these in and they've replaced my heavy ceramic mixing bowls completely. The plant-based Astrik material feels sturdy yet so easy to lift, even when full of dough.
The bowls are genuinely lightweight, which makes them perfect for daily mixing, and they've held up well so far. The plant-based material feels sturdy, though I wish the set included a lid for leftover storage.
